OK, I purchased my Class A motorhome used from them. The good thing is, they WILL repair or replace any item or fix any issue on used purchases. They DID fix everything I could find wrong with the unit. The bad thing is, you may not find all of the issues before you leave the dealership. Then, you are pretty much on your own. Salesman are great, Finance Department is good if you finance through them, otherwise bad service to you. The Service dept. is lost in translation on a normal day because you have at least 3 parts of the service dept handling your unit. If you need service, be VERY SPECIFIC about what you want them to do. It starts with a Check-in person, then you are assigned a Service Person handling your unit, then repair people to fix it. These places are VERY busy, so don't expect special treatment from them. All in all, pretty good place to buy, but when something goes wrong with your unit, you most likely will not be a "Happy Camper."

These people are dishonest. Was quoted a price on a fifth wheel and was going to buy it. Called the salesman (Adam) and verified the difference I would have to give them between my unit and theirs which was 5000.00.I was told that was correct. I was surfing the web and ran across an add on craigslist that Dixie Rv had listed for the same unit but it was listed 5000.00 cheaper on craigslist. I called the sales Manager (Jake) and asked him why they quoted me a price of 5000.00 more than what the unit was listed for on craigslist and was told I don't know there are to many people working here I can't keep up with what everyone does. Then he stated he would honor that price and I said ok so now what is the difference you need and he told me $19,999. I stated how can that be it was only 5000.00 before you lowered the price? He stated oh no you would have needed to put 5000.00 down before so we could get you financed. I said you are full of bs because you and Adam were both told we DID NOT need your financing. In the first place they were never given any information so they could not have ran a credit check to see if we qualified for financing. Just BEWARE

Bought a new camper in April and have gone on 4 trips and ac won't work each time. Has been in the Dixie service shop 4 times and no progress. Their service and repair suck. Terrible terrible. Hate Dixie. Love camper and brand ac unit and service terrible. Very rude and unorganized.

We bought our 5th wheel from Dixie RV in January and couldn't have been more pleased with their service. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and professional. They took great care to make sure our RV was perfect before handing it off to us. We haven't had an problems but I'm sure if we did Dixie would be quick to respond and take care of it.

Really lazy service staff and only do check ins tues-thurs. Got here on a Friday and they made me wait til Tuesday to check in!! Horrible place!
