Stay Away!!!
Their guarantees mean nothing. They installed a window well duct system at our home improperly that resulted in thousands in dollars in damages. They agreed they had installed it improperly by installing a new one, but said the water damage was our problem even though it was caused by their poor work. Also, they will try to get you to do work that does not need to be done. Don't call Perma Seal, call a professional.

Don't use these guys! They are completely clueless about any kind of water/moisture prevention. All they know how to say is "you need drain tiles and a sump!" After spending $4500 to fix my humidity problem they failed to honor any warranty or even fix the issue! Their customer service agents will run you in circles. Please, listen! Find another company and never finance anything with them!

After investing $5,000 in Perma-Seal, the very first time we had a problem, they did not stand by their guarantee. We had 2 contractors as witnesses who couldn't believe it. What a complete waste of a lot of money! They talk a great game but don't stand by their work.

I felt dumb because I didn't know what I needed for my house. My front door had a gap at the bottom and its made my utility bills higher. I was compaining to a guy friend and he said call permaseal. They were very helpful and explained every thing perfectly. Not only that but they were able to fix that and a problem with my foundation I didnt know I had.
