Worst electrical company ever

This company mistreated my friend at every level of her project. They didn't bother to return her many phone calls, didn't honor the rate she was quoted, overcharged her for their time (claimed several hours, while her condo time stamp system confirms it only 90 minutes), and added an 18% markup to all their products. When she tried to rectify the situation, they sent her a letter that was totally non-responsive to her concerns, and contained a blanket threat to sue her. This company does not seem to improve its business based on customer feedback.Unless you want to pay several hundred dollars to get a simple light fixed, I'd suggest going elsewhere. In this economy, I have to believe there are more honest electricians out there willing to do good work.
