The Mission Statement of Needs Planning is to provide individuals, families and communities with invaluable tools and resources on the particular planning needs of special populations.  Special populations include, but are not limited to, children, adults and dependent adults with special needs or disabilities (such as autism, blindness, deafness, mental illnesses or disabilities, developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, and physical challenges, etc.)  Needs Planning will achieve its mission through one on one consultations and referrals; and the facilitation of nationwide and informative workshops, meetings, conferences and expos.
