I've always tried to support local businesses...even after a couple of mishaps. But I'm finally done with this place (after 10 years). Similar to another customer's complaint. I had been approached with unnecessary services. I politely declined, as they were WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I can deal with that and still went for oil changes and inspections (to support a local business). But the last two times...the attendant spilled oil down the side of my motor. Both times I did not notice until I smelled it burning off and noticed an oil puddle on my new driveway and down the side of the motor of my fairly new vehicle. I'm done!!
