Usted ha sido una verdadera bendición para mí en mi vida. Te dije de mis historias pasadas que se ocupan de otros promotores. No eran sólo interesado en hacer dinero (a pesar de que, este es su trabajo) pero que tenía corazón geniune ayudarme a hacer más dinero vendiendo mi casa. Nunca he conocido a una persona de bienes raíces que le ayudaría a limpiar mi casa y me preparo para vender. En realidad se puso los guantes de goma y comenzó a limpiar! Im an investor and quite the busy man. I need someone that’s going to take initiative and not waste my time. Denise is about business and gets straight to the point.

I thought selling my home was going to be a nighmare but having Denise handle everything was more like a dream come true! It was difficult chosing a realtor as there are more than a dime a dozen. However, I know Denise from years over 9 years ago. At that point she was working in a law office specializing in real estate. Therefore someone that has been exposed to real estate in different aspects has to be the best of the best. That is true for Denise Frias and I have first had experience with her to know the truth.
