BEWARE...the one star is the lowest rating I could give...by far the worst property Mgmt company ever...I’m going to just list their delinquencies in managing my home for 8 months
-no business license for my home which is Fl law and clearly stated in my contract that they are responsible for obtaining all licenses
-never paid monthly sales tax on rentals that they booked which is another Fl law and on their contract (their response “I never told them to pay the taxes” read the contract that you issued)
-once their Mgmt services were terminated 5/1 and told to cease any and all services they called my cable company 5/7 posing as me and termed my service which was an easy fix but according to law enforcement is illegal/fraud as well as soooo immature and text us stating we needed to turn over our cable equip to them or pay $300 really equip is mine and Spectrums idiots
-monthly statements which came on or after the 20th of the following month not like expected by the 5th of the following month which were obvious the issuer has no accounting knowledge and rental amounts suspiciously lowered and additions not appearing on statements
-requests for copies of utility bills ignored
-my home not appearing on the golf courses website for rentals (which was the main reason we went with them)
-missing items from our home Ex) 10 place settings of brand new dishes, 12 Ralph Lauren brand new towels damages not detected or repaired after renters and the expense of replacement and repairs fell upon our shoulders
-renting our 2200 sq ft home for less than a hotel room and giving discounts without our approval on an incredibly low rental rate already
-sub par cleaning of the home and pool/hot tub
Family were unable to use hot tub because it was so disgusting and when we arrived hot tub still had not been cleaned so we had to empty it and clean it ourselves but still charged us for the service
