Jenkins Academy of Technology serves students in grades 9 through 12. The school provides a range of technical courses, including automotive technology, cabinet making, cosmetology, culinary arts, and electronics and computer science with robotics. Additionally, it offers courses, such as welding, graphic arts and machine trades. Jefferson Jenkins Academy of Technology conducts classes in engineering and design, health science, theater arts and visual arts. The school offers nursing programs that provide students with clinical experience in specialty areas, including maternal and child care, mental health and emergency nursing. It offers various extracurricular activities and clubs, including the National Honor Society, marching band, and book, computer, greenhouse, interact, science, photography and quilt clubs.
