Best customer service and a great new and easy experience !

This is a very nice laundry facility. Clean and well kept. There was only one out of order machine when I was there (which is an improvement over many I've seen). The washers were expensive ($3.75-5.00, depending on load type), but fast and efficient. The dryers were inexpensive ($ .25 for the normal sized machine and $ .50 for the larger - each ran 10 minutes) and very efficient -- and very fast! If the washers had been slightly less expensive, I'd have given the facility 5 stars. Best part of the place was the helpful staff. The machines don't take coins, but you load a card with the dollar amount of your choice and use it in each machine. It's a great system, but I'd never used it before. They were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Regardless of dollar amount, the machines used to load the cards only take cash, so come prepared. You get your cash back if you don't use the full amount. :-) Nice place, will use again!
