im very unhappy with this Fridays the food isn't the same anymore and the service sucks very unhappy

I have taken my family and friends to this Hackensack Friday's location for a few years now. I have on several occasions received poor service from either a waiter or waitress. Most of the problems are a lack of attention, slowness, wrong orders, meals not being brought at the same time but much latter. My last visit was a party of 12 for my daughter's 16Th birthday. The service was terrible. The waitress conveniently lost my receipt which was a request for an on line survey, I wonder why.

However I have visited other Friday's across the country and never have had a bad experience.
