This florist is absolutely horrible!! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day from their website and then later received verbal and written confirmation that they needed to do a vase substitution because they did not have the correct one in stock. They sent me a picture of the substitution to which I agreed. Subsequently I also confirmed that even though the vase was different, the dimensions of the flower bouquet would still be the same which was also confirmed. I also sent another request to them to confirm that the chocolates that I had ordered would be included with the order as well to which they agreed. FOUR DAYS LATER I received a phone call from "Sue" who introduced herself as the owner who then informs me that she does not do the "Teleflora" bouquets that are advertised on her website and wouldn't deliver chocolates either without receiving another $20 from me! I told her if she advertised it on her website she should honor the request and I had numerous confirmations via email and texts from her staff agreeing to provide the bouquet and chocolates that I ordered and offered on her own website. I offered to send her a copy of them as proof to which she said I don't care what you have and NO I don't want to see it! I'm the owner I can do whatever I want and you just need to go somewhere else if that's what you want!
