If I could I would give zero stars. The only time the workers were kind and helpful was the first time when I was opening up an account. Every since then anytime I need help or advice the workers don't have time for me. (waiting at the store over an hour each time) Every worker says something different and contradict each other. I asked the store manager James for help to put in a claim to the insurance for my broken phone. With rudeness he asked me why he should do this for me? Is me paying $300 a month not a good enough reason on why he should help me? 2 days before his co-worker explained to me that I can do it in the store, the manager did not even apologize for the coworker giving me false information I wasted 2 days waiting for store manager help. I would never recommend sprint to anyone. We do not have service in many places and the call drops a lot. If you buy a phone at sprint you cannot use that phone ever again if you switch carriers. Think before you sign a contract.

Since then they have been treating me like I was intruding I am usually waiting over an hour just to talker to a worker. Two days ago I was at the location and a lady told me that I must come back on Monday because the person that can help me will be there. After two days without a phone, today I went back in and the store manager James told me that I must do it over the phone and can't handle it in person. I kindly asked for him to help me and with rudeness he responded "why should I help you? Is paying $300 monthly not a good enough reason for why he should help me? We lose data connection quite often and calls are constantly dropped. Think before you sign a contract with Sprint because I would never recommend it. The phones you buy from Sprint can only be used with Sprint not at any other carrier.
