Quick, thorough and pleasant. I came in for a 50000 mile service. I needed something in the front drive train. Micheal allowed me a loaner, ordered the part and had my car done and clean before 9:00am the next day.

Oil change, inspection of rims/tires and a airbag warning light. Both Michael and Craig were very helpful. The oil service was performed and the tires/rims and airbag service has been scheduled.

I noticed my steering wheel would shake at 50 to 60 miles an hour. So I called Gurnee VW service department, talked to Michael, he said I could bring my car in any time. So I went that afternoon (Wednesday) They fixed the problem. Thank you

It was just an oil change.

I can in for an oil change at oil express and the service department was busy. I had to make an appointment and come back later in the afternoon. When I did come back the service professional was very courteous.

I called because I had received a notice for a software upgrade. I was taken right in and the work was completed in 45 minutes. Service was friendly and courteous and my car was thoroughly cleaned. As always, a good experience.

I contacted the service department for repair of leaking transaxle, and dropped the car off for service. The repair was completed very promptly, and I was extremely happy to hear that the cost of the repair ended up being more than $100 less than what I was thinking. I was very happy with the whole experience, so thank you very much Gurnee VW service staff!

Great service again. The service department was wonderfully quick. They mounted, balanced and performed an alignment for new tires on my wife's 2012 Jetta TDI. Done In roughly 2 hours.

The blower on the heater was rumbling not blowing real strong. They put a new one within an hour, very happy with that it was fixed on the spot. Thank you

Outstanding service! I came for an oil change but noticed the wiper fluid was not dispensing ... Michael was able to get this looked at and resolved without setting up another appointment.

As usual I was very happy with the service department. My car was finished on time and washed. This was my regular service so I had no problems, but I have been coming to your service department for 10 years on a regular basis and I have always been very happy with the customer service and the mechanics ability to get to the root of any problem I may have had.
