Look no further as this dealership and their slimy salesmen will not only provide you with a vehicle, they will tack on fees and refrain from following through on the agreement. Don’t forget to check your floor mats for holes. Expect your vehicle to not have been detailed and instead sprayed inside with an overpowering scent of a pungent floral arrangement. You may want to opt to drive off of the lot with the radio off to listen for a clicking sound which will indicate a screw hanging out of your tire. When you present the slimy salesmen with the screw in the tire, they sarcastically quip “Hmmm...wonder how that got there.” Great job, you’ve just indicated to me that you had intended to produce damage and harm. A follow up text resulted in my displeasure and I was told the manager would be contacting me today...which never happened, what a surprise.

My daughter and I keep returning to Gurnee Hundai, whether it is for service or to purchase a new car ..not becaue it is close, which it is, but because we know the service is unbeatable! Len Smith is a gem -- one you should cherish ..I have said it before and I repeat, he gives a new face to the old stereotype of a "car salesman". In addition, I do not believe you can beat Hundai

Old bait and switch tactics. Extremely rude sales manager, priced way high when compared to local competitors.

The process was easy and your folks were good to wme to with. .

The person we worked with was Julie Skomski, we didn't work with any of the sales associates, but her name wasn't an option in the drop down. Julie did everything in her power to get us in the car we wanted and was absolutely amazing!!!!

Horrible service experience and Management that doesn't care and let's you know they dont. If you want a really bad experience just ask for the General manager (Jody) to get involved. I recommend looking at all reviews on different sites before going to this dealer. The people posting bad reviews have good reason. I had the worst experience in a professional environment first hand from the General Manager of this dealer and will not be returning. I have been to several other Honda I dealers over time and have never had a bad experience that could top this guy. What a joke.

Our salesman was Mike was very good and I would buy from him again.

Deb was great very helpful went out of her way to answer all my questions and concerns. I will definitely come back again when in the market for a SUV.

Debbie Sampolinski was my sales rep. She sold me my 2012 Tucson. She was very helpful and patient and pleasant to be around. I think an Al helped her out when I arrived, but she was the go to person. Thanks for all the help.

My sales was Mike Rancharan he was great!

Mike Rancharan was a pleasure to work with. He made the purchase of our new Sante Fe an enjoyable experience. He was very knowledgeable and his non pressure approach to the sale made me feel very comfortable. I will reccomend Mike Rancharan to my friends, family and my clients from State Farm Insurance.

We scheduled an appointment for a test drive and had to wait an hour while Christie worked with other customers. The entire buying process took 4.5 hours--very exhausting. Other than that, Christie Casey was great. Very personable and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better sales associate.

Brian was very attentive to my concerns, and worked with me to get the santa fe I wanted.

The experience was pleasant. at first my sales associate was with other customers. During that period a very nice and knowledgable female sales associate assisted me. once Len completed the transaction with his original customers, he proceeded to assist me. Len is very kind and knowledgeable. He ensured that the transaction was seamless and pleasant.

My experience was very positive. Len was very helpful and found a car that met all of my needs. He was very knowledgable about the availabilty of cars, patient, professional and very personable. Len found the perfect car that met my needs and made the price too good to pass up. We purchased a car the same day we visited the dealership. We will definitely be recommending Len to our friends and family when the need a car.

Jim greeted me in the parking lot when I was looking at cars parked in front of the dealership. He offered to go through the available models with me and helped me through the process of choosing which car I would be most interested in. He was patient and genuine. Even though he probabely would have let me test drive a hundred different cars he was able to help me narrow it down quickly. I enjoyed working with him and would refer him to anyone I know who would be interested in a car purchase.

Excellent. Jim is fantastic to work with, jumps through hoops, the finance guy was great, there was an awesome selections of cars, fast, thorough, informative, nice environment, overal great experience.

Christie was friendly, Knowledgable about both vehicles including a non franchise vehicle (used). There was no pressure in making the sale. Got us a great deal at a great rate.

I went in to service my existing car and i left with a brand new car. I was not expecting to purchase a new car. i went for a test drive and they had the exact color I always wanted along with all the features i wanted

I was helped immediately upon arriving, and the service was quick. There were things to do while I waited for my car to be finished, so I wasn't bored. I came in just for an oil change, and my car was also cleaned and checked, which was very nice. The technician was very nice and helpful.
