My experience with Anthony Buick GMC was better then expected. I like shopping for new vehicles but I hate all the sales tactics and smoke and mirror BS that goes on during the negotiation process. My salesman Matt Capretz was outstanding. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care off. Even went as far as calling on his off time to make sure everything was perfect even after my purchase.
I found him professional and not abbrasive or pushy. I had shopped around and received quotes from other dealerships and Anthony GMC was able to match and exceed other quotes by a large margin. In the end I baught a 2018 GMC 2500HD fully loaded. Anthony has a good selection to choose from but they had to locate and do a dealer trade to get the exact one I wanted. That process only took a couple days. In the future I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Anthony Buick GMC and have Matt Capretz as my salesman.

Not even a month ago, I spent $1,300.00 to have my 2009 Saturn Vue repaired. Tie rod ends replaced, alignment, tires rotated, oil changed, injectors cleaned, etc. The vehicle drove better before I even took it in to this sorry dealership. To make a long story short, I hit a bump on Highway 41 and just about lost control. Steering was very loose and I was getting horrible gas mileage. I took it to Complete Car Care in Libertyville and they discovered that the toe was off 3.2 degrees and the front tires were destroyed. Not only do I have to purchase front tires now, but I paid $88.00 for an alignment which never happened. There should be a law where you can take these crooks to court. They will never, ever see my business again and I will never recommend them to anybody. Service Advisor was Jeff.
