Dr. Radasch saw my dog last week for hair lose on her sides and knew something was really wrong since she is a very young dog and not itchy. He set up an appointment for me with a skin specialist to confirm his speculations and low and behold the doctor was right and the dermatologist found out that she has a rare hormonal situation that needs to be treated for the betterment of her life and to prevent serious other hormonal diseases from kick up, thanks acacia and will see you soon

I am a new patient of Acacia Animal Clinic and I am extremely happy with this facility. My 4 year old cat was breathing abnormally and Dr. Radasch's clinic had me bring my animal in right away. After a through physical Abner began to open mouth breath and spit up a bloody discharge. Dr. Radasch took immediate X-rays and said my cat had a dilated heart called cardiomyopathy with cloudy lungs as well. He told me that this condition is extremely rare in cats and this cat needs an ultrasound to confirm his diagnosis, he made an emergency appointment for me with a specialist that performs this task. I went there right away and the specialist said Dr. Radasch was right and my cat would need prompt attention to save his life. My cat is doing great now thanks to the knowledge of Dr. Radasch and the specialist. It is so nice to see professionals working together for the treatment of animals, I am now a life long client of Acacia Animal Clinic and will be taking my dog there for all of his needs

top notch professional veterinary clinic

I made an appointment with Acacia Animal Clinic from the recommendation of a co worker. This Animal facility is truly a professional establishment. The staff was very courteous and the clinic was extremely sanitary and smelled very clean. The veterinarian was a pleasure to work with and listened to all of my concerns. I have found my heart of gold Veterinary Clinic, I am now refering people I know with pets to Dr. Radasch, thank you and I'll see you at my next visit.

thank you

I have a 9 month old westie named Adam for the actor dAam West, he has had tummy problems for the last 3 weeks, the place I took him to did not feel there was anything wrong with him after running blood work. They said he just has a sensitive stomach which runs in this breed. I decided to take him for a second opinion to Acacia Animal Clinic. The doctor reviewed the blood results and knew immediately what was wrong with Adam, the doctor said he has a sodium and potassium imbalance and is most likely Addison's disease. He was given fluids in his vein and given medication to correct the problem of which he will most likely be on for life. I have researched this condition and have read that this is very common condition is west highland white terriers. Thank you Acacia Animal Clinic, I was given a referral by Dr. Radasch to an internal medicine specialist to confirm his diagnosis, and Dr. Radasch was correct, thank you, your life long client

happy customer

My dog suddenly started limping and after a week of no improvement, I took Ralph to Dr. Radasch at Acacia Animal Clinic, where he diagnosed a torn knee ligament. He performed the knee surgery on Ralph and 2 weeks later he was back to old self of running and playing. Dr. Radasch is a true professional and is a caring and compassionate doctor. Thanks from Eric P. (very impressed with the extreme sanitation and clean smell of his clinic).

Thorough and informative - Compassionate and Accomodating - Best Vet Annie S. 4-28-10

I have been to several vets in the Gurnee, Libertyville, Grayslake area and found Dr. Radasch to be the most thorough and accomodating. Last year I felt some lumps on my 8 yr old Golden Ret and Dr. Radasch took her in immediately w/o an appointment. Through biopsies he diagnosed her with mast cell tumors (cancer). To see an oncologist would mean waiting 6 weeks. Dr. Radasch made some calls on my behalf and I was seeing an oncologist the next day. He worked with the oncologist and Dr. Radasch performed the aggressive surgery needed to remove all affect tissue. He thoroughly explained the disease and the importance of checking for lumps frequently. In the course of the last year, I found 2 more lumps. Each time I called in a panic at 6:45 am. Dr. Radasch personally answered the phone, took her in immediately and removed the lumps. Forfunately, they were NOT mast cell tumors. I am comforted knowing Dr. Radasch is her vet and I trust his spot on assessment of her. I credit her life t

I am new to the Gurnee area, one of the first objectives was to find a doctor for my two labs, I visited the local veterinary clinic of Gurnee and the one that stood out head and shoulders above the rest was Acacia Animal Clinic owned by Dr. Radasch. He is very knowledgeable and kind to my dogs and his staff is just outstanding. I am now a client of the clinic and would recommend this facility on a five star basis, thanks Acacia and will see you soonSara B
