An edible landscape can be as simple as a vegetable garden tucked into a sunny spot, or it can be a more elaborate, multi-dimensional, multi-functional food forest.  Avant Gardens will work with you to assess your needs, interests, and skills to develop a design that will be successful and realistic for your long-term enjoyment of your edible landscape.  Designs will incorporate the common and uncommon foods that can survive and thrive in the Gunnison Valley climate.
