Back on the Rack is a fabulous place to find a home for your clothes that you have never worn or barely worn. BOTR gives you a fair amount on your clothing items. I like taking my clothes there b/c the employees are extremely friendly & honest. They are very efficient on sending you an inventory sheet on the items you dropped off for sell. When you receive your monthly check - the check stubs shows which items were sold & how much you received for each item.

The staff was very helpful and explained the consignment process in detail. I can't wait to get my first check!

I was going 2 visit this store after hearing about it~ but not so sure now after reading the terrible reviews about employees

My daughter and I went into this store last month searching for a Prom dress. The employees looked at us when we walked in and turned away. We proceeded to the back of the store to look at the dresses. They were all ugly and over-priced. One employee came back to where we were and never said a word to us. I got the feeling it was to ensure we weren't thieves, LOL! REALLY?! After looking at their merchandise, I wouldn't want anything from that place if they gave it to me free, much less STEAL it! As we went back to the front of the store, the employees looked at us again, giving us a look as if they didn't want us there. I proceeded to tell my daughter loudly, "There's NOTHING in this place for us, let's go." I couldn't post a comment without giving a star rating, I wanted to pick NO stars, but was forced to pick one. They are VERY, VERY RUDE and I will NEVER visit that place again.
