if you have been in prison or just into lots of drugs and drinking liquor this place is heaven on earth , amenities include on site drug dealer and live MMA style fights and boxing matches every other day along with plenty of threats of violence, do not be fooled by crime rate stats online cause it is very deceiving ,this is a tiny town and ALL of the crimes in this town are committed right here on this property ...DO NOT RENT HERE , I DO NOT CARE HOW HARD IT IS TO FIND AN APT JUST STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

.***************Beautiful apts ,or beautiful property has two large fountains and playground and lawn area? My mother lives here and can say i am trying to get her out of this dump...their is nothing beautiful about this place...lets start with the beautiful fountain, it is a wishing well of sorts were the tenants walk by it and throw a penny in it and wish that they did not live in this drug,drunk infested Slum...one advantage to living here is that you do not have to set an alarm clock for every morning you are awakened by the sound of 40oz bottles of beer being crushed by the recycling center next door.If you missed that wake up call you will be awaken by the sound of air compressors going off at the body shop next door of recycling center . If you are into MMA or boxing this place is also for you , my mother witnessed two drug clients of the La Plaza apts wrestling on top of a residents car for over 5 minutes followed by another brawl the next day which was preceded by a threat to said drug dealer on the premises.. another advantage to living here is the fresh smell of marijuana in the air , if you can not afford the money to buy from the inhouse dispensary just walk outside between the hrs of 830pm and 2pm and you too can get high...if all this does not have you sold on beautiful living at the luxurious Guadalupe plaza apts perhaps if i told you all about the advantage of getting to know members of the Santa Maria police force on a first name basis, yes thats right because you will end up calling them every other day to report either a wrestling match on top of your car or walking over a drunk on your hallway ....Security ? well their is some good news here , this complex is patrolled 24 hrs seven days a week , oh yeah its heavily patrolled and in depth but people patrolling at night are the meth heads and crack heads that buy their drugs from the inhouse drug dealer..the plus side is that you will never feel alone or bored ,you have 24 hrs excitement and wrestling and boxing matches from your beautiful porch views that even caesars palace in Vegas can not offer you, you have a Pharmacy with every legal and illegal substance possible ,yes even on Sundays this kind man will be open for business and i have not met him but he is not selfish at all and seems to be full of hospitality because not only does he sell drugs but his clients end up staying overnight as well and he has even sold his car so that his clients have V.I.P parking on his spot which is only 20 ft away from his beautiful apt which conveniently enough seems to be one of only like 3 apts which have a peep hole.... When the local distributor drops by the inhouse pharmacist which is on the first floor it can get a little annoying because the V.I.P parking is taken and the clients take your spot and you have to park on the street , in case you are wondering about property management and on site manager ? well that is just a figurehead position ,this lady stock answer to everything is that she was home all day and did not hear anything ...All this goes on and more and property management knows it and does not care , they are Slumlords and this place needs to be torn down....STAY AWAY!
