I wish a negative star was a rating... Where do I even with this company? They initially double charged my credit card, and denied it, which took a week of back and forth correspondence with my bank to correct, they showed up late the day of the cleaning and did a poor cleaning job that looked like no one had even been there. I contacted the owner the morning after and received not only a terse text from her, but a terse voicemail from one of the women who had been at our home. I was told that they were unable to complete the move out cleaning and that I would be charged more if the re-clean would take more than an hour. They came out again later that day and again, our home did not look like anyone had been there to clean, however several items in the house were left broken. I was advised that I would not be refunded. So not only did I get ripped off and pay them a couple hundred to do that, but I also had to pay for the broken items left behind.

Will never use them. Bad customer service. I had a 9 am appointment. No one showed up. I called them at 9.10 and left a message. I got a call back at 9.25 apologizing and saying they would be there in half an hour. At 10.30 nobody had showed up. I called, left message cancelling and went out. Enough! Got a call back from someone in the office saying the cleaners had turned up 10.45. 1 hour and 45 minutes late! Not acceptable. My time is as valuable as theirs. They offered me $20 for the inconvenience. Wow! I guess my time of 1.1/2 hours is worth $20,not to mention the 3 that I put aside for the cleaning!!!

My phone charger was missing after these people came to clean for me. They said they would cover the cost of a new one but ater several attempts, still have not sent me payment. I have been told the checks in the mail 3 times now. Also the cleaning job was not very complete as they didnt even clean the basics like the microwave or any dusting. They also did a poor job of the floors using some steam cleaner that just pushed the dirt around and smeared dirt onto the front of the tub. I wouldnt use this company ever again.
