I am proud to say this bank goes above and beyond expectations. I have been banking for a long time as well and I will say I've never had a better bank then the Groveport branch. I can understand at times people get frustrated but I'm sure there hands was somewhat tied, or else the branch manager and team would have found a faster solution. I will say its amazing, and to try and look past one comment. I tell everyone I know to go see them for the best service and if the gentleman went back into that bank I'm sure there is an explanation on why the issue was ongoing, not because they didn't want to keep you. We all have guidelines and sometimes people that own a business or think they are suppose to be first in line automatically, policies come into play before you. Go Groveport Huntington!!!!

With the Groveport Branch I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My company had an issue with our account access token and they could not fix it. So we were left without access to our account for over a month (never to be resolved). The branch manager failed to return phone calls or respond to email messages. I have dealt with banks for over 30 years and have never received such unprofessional service in my life. I guess a ten plus year business relationship doesn't mean much to them. We will be moving our accounts over to Chase Bank at this point.
