Forensics ( the person leaving the only other review) must have been having a bad day. I have been a regular customer for fifteen years and I have recommended it to friends for kids parties and such with never a complaint or problem. Certainly I was never deceived nor did any ever tell me they feel they were deceived. I n honesty, the proprietors, a married couple, are not exactly effervescent, but many artists tend to be introspective types. They may not always greet you with a smile and a hug, but they are running a business not campaigning to be King and Queen of Grove City. I find them both very helpful when I have a question. They do tend to leave painters alone, they don't hover around looking for a place to interject suggestions, but I always saw that as artistic courtesy- not wanting to risk someone's creative thought process. But when summoned, I 've experienced them both to be very helpful, and possessing plenty of personal integrity.

This is the worst retail establishment I've ever been to, and I will never go back. The owner lies and is condescending, and treats customers like crap.
