I had a very pleasant experience here I had an appointment for 12:30 PM, I showed up early as I was a new patient. I was in the office by 12:15pm. The woman who helped me pick out glasses was great! And they were ready in 4 days. Very pleased with the service and Dr. Nigrelli.

ZERO STARS. Took 2.5 hours for an exam and contact exam. Dr. clearly had no idea what to do, suggested 14 y/o had undiagnosed lazy eye. Gave trial contacts that weren't even the correct Rx AND one had a hole in it. NEVER paid more than $75 for a set of same contacts that I ordered, they charged my insurance for the full maximum of $150 and only supplied 2 boxes (1 for each eye) stated 2-3 days for contacts to arrive, was actually 2 weeks and they didn't call to announce arrival or offer replacement trail pair while waiting for the boxes to come in. WORST EVER. NEVER GO HERE.
