I called this "Youthcare" home and was greeted by a rude women screaming "MAY I HELP?" Confused thinking maybe I had the wrong number because no well educated person answer a phone to a business like this. I replied "Is this the B-N-P Youthcare Home?" then again this trashy lady "MAY I HELP?" more rude than the first time, so i asked for the director because I don't believe anyone would let her even have a business. Now I understand why this so called "business" is not running correctly. How do you expect to get business when you scary off any potential clientele. This place is a joke and i wouldn't trust them with my kids just by these small experience!
