Greg Moen is President of Moen Machinery, a business he and his sister inherited from his parents. Greg Moen took in my tractor, lost parts off it it because his shop is run by his criminal nephew Justin Luebbers. After four weeks, I was told that it could not be fixed for under $600.00. When I came in to pick up my tractor my ignition key was missing along with the nuts and bolts that hold the hood cover on. There was a rip in the seat that was not there and it was left out in the rain the entire time. Greg Moen was smoking his "medical marijuana" as he calls it out in the back with his nephew when I came in. I had my young daughter with me and she asked me what that smell was and I told her it was Greg Moens' Marijuana. If this wasn't bad enough, he used four letter words in her presence. Avoid Moen Machinery altogether, You will regret your experience with them. I got charged $366.00 for my tractor to get rusted, parts missing, seat ripped and my daughter exposed prematurely to the crass side of life.......Thanks for nothing Greg Moen !

Good folks. I brought in a couple of older Stihl saws I was having trouble with. Fair shop minimum, and great communication as to what fixes they recommended and how much they would cost me. One saw they could not repair due to the parts being nla, but they still offered me some helpful advice and direction on it. Based on my experience, Moen will be my first choice for outdoor power equipment purchases and service.

Took a powerless Honda mower back for a check after just a few month's use. They didn't fix anything and still charged a half hour labor. They sell good products, just be aware that "warranty" doesn't mean much at Moen.
