Before I went to this store, I looked it up online and read the reviews. I was very apprehensive going to the store, because of the reviews. I had no choice though because my son's instrument that needed fixing is a school rental and needed to go to this particular store. When I arrived I was greeted in a friendly manner, once they looked at it, the technician explained to me what would need to be fixed and gave an estimate. I also asked if any of things they had fixed before (last November) were the same things (looking to see if I was being scammed). They looked up the work order from then and showed me what the difference was. They were very patient with me the whole time. When I came back to pick up the instrument, the cost was half of the estimate, and he showed me everything he fixed and told me why he was able to save some money. The work that has been done was great and the instrument sounds better than when we rented it in the first place. I will definitly be back, not just for that instrument, but for our other music needs. Thank you for the great service we received!
