Excellent service. A platinum membership is a must for any koi pond owner. Five stars. Period.

My wife and I moved into a wonderful house that already had a beautiful pond. When I asked for platinum ponds to come they came without any hesitance. I chose the platinum package and we were happy because our pond was clear. Months later platinum ponds rep, Richard decided to not stay for to long and wasn't as helpful as usual. He stopped asking us if we needed certain things and declined us for most of the platinum package agreements (because our pond was too big, which we were not told from the beginning). After a while we were frustrated and decided to downgrade our platinum service to gold. He declined us the option and said he could not afford it (even though we were paying $200 a month). I since have text him and had no response. A complete waist of money and time with this unprofessional and disrespectful company. we wish we never joined!
