Zero stars should be an option. We are a non-profit charity for autistic children. We attempted to have car decals made as a small token of appreciation to send to our volunteers and donors for the holidays. The decals arrived, and were practically invisible. They refused to fix it, and made no attempt to resolve this issue. Basically, they stole over $1,000 from our organization and practiced terrible business ethics. DON'T DO IT!
