I purchased a power wheels battery for my grandson's birthday on June 4 2015. We did not charge it until JUNE 20 2015. The battery will not charge. When I brought it back to your store. I was told that they would not exchange it bc we had had it more than 14 days. And by the way ADAM. The chàrge is working...... Also We were not told that if we Had any problems bring it bàck to the store. Which ADAM said he told us. That is a flat out LIE!!!!!!! And......he is a very rude and unprofessional emyloee.... Please help me get a new battery so my grandson can enjoy his truck. Thanks in advance. 864-244-8951.
