I found Park Seed almost a year ago. I was really excited with everything they had to offer! I purchased over $200 worth of product from them in September of 2012. I purchased some of the items on their website that was listed as "Best sellers". When I originally purchased these items there was no warning of being back ordered at all. So when my first shipment was sent I was surprised to see that there were items missing. When I checked my order status on the website it just said that it would be available to ship and had that days date. Whatever day I looked at it that was when it said the items were available to ship. So I waited patiently. I got my second shipment in October. I received maybe two or three of the missing seed packets and still no information about when the rest of my shipment would really ship. I sent an email to their customer service which there was no reply. I then went to look on their facebook page and everyone who was complaining of issues on there was getting the same response...to contact their customer service. I work over full time and the hours of their phone service never worked out for me to be able to reach anyone. In February 2013 I sent another email to them expressing that I wanted to cancel the rest of my order that I still had NO information about receiving. So I was left with parts of the bio dome that I couldn't even use because I never received the product itself or any explanation as to what happened to it or why. I finally think my order was closed. However I never received any sort of communication from them about it at all. This is extremely frustrating and just plain bad business. Buyers beware there is nothing good about this company. Find somewhere else at any cost.

The worst company I have done business with in 25 years. From sending plants in December that were scheduled for May delivery, not fulfilling the order as promised, plants they did send (3 dying and could bring them back) were in virtually empty containers because the shipping medium had spilled in the boxes, etc., and sending only part of my purchase as I had requested, via UPS the remainder to the Post Office. They seem to just make up things as they go along without a manageable plan. It was just awful...

This company has gone to the dogs. Buyer beware. The send the wrong items and won't even answer the email about the problem. rating 0
