Do not waste your time! Scheduled an appointment, no show, would not return my call.

Scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. I called and no one answered, so I left a message asking for my call to be returned to find out why they weren't at my house yet, if they were running behind the time we had set, please let me know what was going on....NO return call. I needed a receipt to give to the rental agency to receive my deposit back that showed the carpet had been professionally cleaned. The company never contacted me. Very BAD customer service!
