This store is mismanage the bag guys stand around talking while i have to bag my stuff.

Yesterday 1/14/10 at this store i stood in line for 30 mins with only one person in front of me

because that person had two carts full checking out with no bag boy the cashier ask for help

and they just walked right by i said to the manager you get this check out some help and i got a

smart a$$$ remark it is no wonder why you all are having money problem if this is going on.

Further more i have been shopping at this store for 12 yrs no more.

I work at another Bi-lo and I agree with you saying this is a management issue. But please don't judge our whole company on two employees, they are not what our company is about. I love my job and take pride in being nice and helping customers like you. I don't bag groceries or run a register but, if I seen you needed help then you bet I would be the first one there. Try another Bi-lo store in your area, if you don't have one then keep shopping here and let management know how the employees are acting so they can do something about it.
