Finance manager Wes is a liar... anything to make a buck or two. They will tell you anything they need to get you to buy a vehicle and extended protections. You drive away spending thousands extra thinking I'm protected and covered for anything. Only to find out those protections are a joke when you actually try to use them. Thousands spent on nonexistent protections to turn around and spend thousands on repairs. What a joke. Customer service in their service department is a joke. Never met folks who could care less than they do. No smile, no explanations, just pay this amount or don't come here at all. Pathetic. I will never buy a car from them again. I've been a resident here for over 30 years and this is how they do one of their own. Absolutely deplorable.

I gave them 1 star because you have to give at least one. I will never buy a car here again. My husband and I purchased a pre-owned 2008 Cadillac DTS in Jan.2015 well its supposed to be certified in quality. Before the month is up we had to take it back because the rotors where bad and there was some popping in the front end. They supposedly turned rotors but said the brakes were good. That don't sound right. So they forgot about the popping sound in the front end. Well I call back and was told sorry we forgot but this will not be covered anyway. This less than a month and not even 1 payment has been made. Sadly to say I took it to Sears and the struts were bad. I'm sure they knew this. This was $700 to fix. Never buy a car here or you will be sorry.
