Sacred Space offers its clients a wonderful practice full of individualized attention to deepen your practice. The staff and teachers are well trained and able to answer questions and offer modifications suitable to everyone's needs. The practice rooms are open and well suited for a relaxing or dynamic yoga class. Sacred Space offers a full range of classes from the most gentle of practices to intermediate/advanced flow classes, as well as a wonderful Prenatal/Postnatal class for Moms.
