I have had several items embroidered by this Company and have been extremely happy. Out of 6 items, I was only not completely satisfied with one and that was because I didn't specify what I wanted as clearly as I should have. The gentleman that takes my order always takes the time to hold different thread colors up to the item for me to see and never makes me feel rushed. In fact I am getting ready to take two stuffed dolls in . To get monogrammed next week as I have been happy with their services. I recommend this company for all of your embroidery needs. They made multiple mistakes on the item I had embroidered. They are not willing to own up and fix their mistakes. They are only saying it was my mistake. I chose a font and they used one that looks nothing like what I chose. They told me once it was done the embroidery would cover twice the space that it actually covers. I would never recommend this business. They simply told me that they don't know what to tell me and that they couldn't have made a mistake.
