They dont maintain customer records and every time I need to provide VIN details to pull up records. I had my 25000 miles free service warranty but they post a sticker on the windshield with 26100 miles as a reminder and I thought my next service is free to but they charged me as I corssed 25000 mile. They dont have car wash option once its serviced. Also the morning appointment says at 7:30 but its only for drop off. I went in the morning by 7:30 and then they said that technicians will only be available at 8:00 AM. 7:30 AM is only a drop off service it seems.

We've bought at least 4 vehicles with Beck over years. Great service. Highly recommend.

I had no difficulty finding the car of my dreams or a sales associate to help me purchase it. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

This place is horrible. They sold me a lemon. I have called many times to work out the dispute with my vehicle and they tell me there is nothing that they can do when the problems clearly falls under the lemon law in Title 24, Article 5, Chapter 13. I have never been talked out of buying a warranty like i was here. I call to change my finances on the loan and they dont return phone calls. I would not buy from this dealership in my own opinion
