I love sushi and really don't ...

I love sushi and really don't understand why people mince tuna for a spicy tuna roll. Why make a great piece of fish into mush. So, I ask if it could I have one not minced. After being told no by a very confused waitress I was then told yes. Well, I'm sorry but a tuna roll with sriracha sauce squirted on top is NOT my idea of a spicy tuna roll. Very dissappointed!!!

I will continue to get my sushi at the Dragon Den on Hudson Rd....it is wonderful!

Worst Customer Service EVER

We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged, greated, or handed a menu. Then our take out order took more than 40 minutes - and was wrong. Twice were told the order was wrong, but they never appologized or offered to do anything about the situation. They just told us matter-of-factly "we made the wrong thing" and gave us the food with the bill. We had to be someplace and didnt have time to wait for them to remake the order (not they never even offered to do so anyway) so we asked for a discount for the wrong food. We were very civil with them. They were rude and never appologized. They took away the wrong order but refused to take the item of our bill. We asked to talk to a manager several times. He refused on several occations. When we told them we werent paying for the meal the told us they had refunded our money, but refused to give us a receipt for proof so we left with the food we had left. The first time we saw the manager was when he followed us and angerly accused my wife of stealing. I had to walk away b/c I was afraid of what I would do to him if I confronted him so I called the later and spoke to him. He admitted no wrong, refused to appologize, and basically told me we were in the wrong...
