Used them for 12 years, but they have really gone down hill in the last year. They encouraged me to try mosquito service this summer - it doesn't work and you cannot get anyone out to re-treat. The service guarantee is a joke.

I've been calling for 2.5 weeks and I'm continually told, "we're working on the schedule, we'll call you back." Wait a few days, call them, they say, "we're still working on the schedule. They told me if I lived closer to the office they could fit me in easier. But THEY solicited my business.

The interior service is also not good in my area any more. The current technician sprayed around my walls and floor with the outside sprayer on his back. I haven't had bugs inside but that is absolutely not the standard in pest control. It is a LOT of chemicals and my walls and floor were sopping wet. Please do yourself a favor and call another company. They could not PAY me to let them near my house again. Apparently they are so busy they don't care about their customers anymore.

We are a new apartment community in Simpsonville, SC. With us being so new, pest issues are bound to arise. Justin is our technician and he deserves 100 stars. He cares about the quality of his work, as well as his influence on his customers! Our residents and staff absolutely love him and his eager tenacious attitude towards making us pest free... thank you Justin!
