I would not recommend Hot Springs Pools and Spas to anyone looking to purchase a pool. I had a very bad experience with them and I am hoping to help someone out in the future. After only six months of the pool installation the concrete decking started to crack and a leak occurred in the light housing (which Hot Springs Pools and Spas attempted to patch every year for six consecutive years). After eight years there was significant leaking and cracking of the concrete around the pool deck which rendered the pool unusable and we had to dig the pool out and fill it in with dirt (a nightmare for any pool owner). Hot Springs Pools and Spas provided a quote of $15,000 to fix the pool and would not share in any of this cost. After pursuing legal actions it was determined that the statute of repose limit had run out (6 years in NC). If you do have construction issues that are not being resolved please be aware of the statute of repose.

They installed the pool 3 years ago. Pool looks great but it has cost me more in repairs to just be able to use it. In the brief time they messed up. The Diamond bright which they refinished 3 times(which is still wrong with different colors)several water pumps replaced, recently had to have water outlet jets cut out and repaired for leak. WORST PART is when you call you do not get return call And please do not call and talk to the owner will tell you oh-my in your conversation but than will never returns your call.

Would like to thank the folks at Hot Springs for helping us out. They are accommodating and professional. We purchased our Lime Light 3+ years ago from them and I still get the same great service. I just like the way I am treated every time I go in.

What a great experience it was to buy a spa from Hot Springs. We live on Lake Keowee and received a Hot Spring Grandee. We could not be happier with Hot Springs Pools & Spas.

Just purchased a Hot Spring Vanguard spa. The quality is excellent, but the service from Hot Springs in Greenville is what sealed the deal. They were very helpful and honest, and gave me a great price. A great company to do business with.

After interviewing several pool companies in the upstate, we chose hot springs pools. It ended up being a wonderful experience. The workers were polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We could not have been more pleased with the communication during the construction process!! We highly recommend this company.

Worst place ever!!! Our in ground pool installation started the first week of January 2013 and they still have not finished. The lack of communication is incredible. There were weeks that I didn't see anyone from the company. I would have to call on a daily basis to get a crew or a person to show up and they would say "We should be their today ma'am" but always had an excuse why they couldn't make it. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
