I had been wanting to eat at Cateran's ever since I moved into the neighborhood nearby. And to be honest, I can't believe I waited so long! I absolutlely loved it! It did feel like I was back in elementary school, waiting in line in the lunch room. But it was great. The food was so filling, and so wonderful. It tasted just like my Mother's and Grandmother's homemade cooking! The atmosphere was delightful, because there wasn't any loud music, noise, or people. It was a very relaxing place, and the service was excellent. Our waitress was one of the best servers that we have had in.....ever. She made sure that our glasses, and everyone else's, were never low or empty. She was a very nice girl, that was genuine. If I could, I would eat there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And if you like peach cobbler, then you definantly need to try theirs. Oh man. It's really good. So if you're looking for good, filling, takes you back to your child-hood, makes you wanna smack your Grandma homemade soul food, then eat at Cateran's. It worth the wait. : )
