Provided by YPmobileI purchased 4 tickets froM this man on 06/12/13 to a Dane cook concert in boston for this Saturday night. I have made repeated attempts to call the customer and have no answer when calling. Have tried multiple numbers and still no contact. He's a scam artist and do not ever use fantickets.com or anything affiliated with this man. He just rips you off

Provided by YP.comBeware! They charged me twice (over $500). in the beginning they said expressed surprise and told me they would refund it, but slowly, they stopped returning my calls. Very hard to find them (9 Barnes STreet, Greenville, RI 02828 - Russel Junier. Will have to get the money back from my credit card company. Very shady and appears to be a scam artist. DO NOT USE!!
First, we have never charged anyone twice unless they submitted more than 1 order. Our system is completely automated and this simply does not happen. Furthermore, we are not at all hard to find. Our business adress is right on our web site. If the person who wrote this review would like to call me at 401-433-8022 and identify themselves, I would be happy to review their order and fix any problem that needs fixing.

Provided by YP.comSCAMMER ALERT! BUYER BEWARE! Mr. Junier's business practices are questionable and perhaps even a little shady at best. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company in order to get my money back from him. He failed to deliver tickets and even broke his own terms of service agreement! I would give this ''business'' a NO STARS rating if I could! If you are reading this then I hope I was able to help you avoid being ripped off.
Apparently Mr. Junier also rips people off under the following online ticket scam sites too. It is very unfortunate that we have literally thousands of happy customers and this person makes these baselsss allegations without supporting them with details or without identifying themselves. There is nothing shady about who we are, what we do or how we do it. The web sites mentioned in this complaint were absolutely run by us, they represented areas of the business in which we specialized and they were very clearly identified as being run by FanTickets. We go to great pains to let customers know repeatedly on our site that we are not the box office. Furthermore, I have referred literally hundreds of people to the appropriate web sites for them when we were not the best option for their needs. Additionally, over the course of any given year, we offer quite literally, thousands of tickets at or below face value, even for sold out events. If the person who wrote this review would like to contact me at 401-433-8022 and identify themselves, I would be very happy to review their order and fix or adjust any issue that needs to be looked at
