The worst customer service ever experienced. Actually no customer service, “they are currently experiencing longer than normal hold times, but they value you as a customer” is not believable after you are on hold for over 37 minutes only have no one say anything when the call rings and then picks up to your own voice echoing back. This has happened to myself and others. If you have other options choose them. Suddenlink is a nightmare.
