I have shopped at old navy for 10+ yrs and today I wasn't pleased I bought an item and one of there people on the register who appeared not to want to be there left the piece on and so I go in to try to get it off and they are like we can't take it off with out the receipt. I got this item two months ago and idk where the receipt is.
