Marquise Moore at Moore's Body Shop did a great job on the repair of the bumper cover my car. He kept me informed about the backordered part and had the repair done at the promised date. The car looks great! Everyone at the shop was friendly and professional. I recommend Moore's body shop and would use them again.

Shop owner was very rude to me, raised his voice and interrupted me several times; I tried to pay him and he no showed the day he asked me to come to pick up my car; The next business day he hung up on me and said he was waiting for the insurance check and refused to let me have my car even if I paid. I finally received my car; I just hope I don't have any warranty issues because I don't want to be treated badly again. Businesses need to remember that are in business due to their patrons; If you are rude to the public you will have NO business.
