Avoid Kay Jewelers at all cost. My daughter and I both received rings from Kay's for Christmas. Now, two weeks later, we both have stones missing!!

My stone fell out less than 5 minutes after opening it on Christmas Eve. Needless to say, my fiance and I were extremely disappointed the gift he had put so much thought into had to be immediately returned to the store and not enjoyed at all. I still haven't been able to wear my Christmas gift.

My daughter's stone fell out today(1/6/12). This ring was bought by her boyfriend as a "promise ring". She is so upset! Who knows how long it will take Kay's to send it off to be repaired.

I think Kay has gotten so large it doesn't care about the quality of it's work, which is shoddy at best. After this experience I will never purchase anything from Kay's again.
