Worst experience ever. Sarah is the worst teacher I had in my entire life. Very bad attitude, all negative about everything. Over complicated final test. Been teacher for many years never treated kids this way. SHAME

This review is solely based on my experience



I attended this course this year and I must say that only by the grace of God leading me to other study resources aside from what J.Y. Monk gave I passed. If you are a person who learns best in class and not majority on your own I would NOT recommend this school. I respect the instructor and know that he has done his best. However, when you pay a large amount of money for a class you expect to get some thing out of it. There was a large number of students who did not pass the class that I was in and that should speak for its self. At first I thought it was just my class, until I was told by a variety of people who had to do the retake exam that it was a large amount of students from the other instructor as well who did not pass. I feel that they should provide take home practice material and even homework for that matter. I also don't think its wise to wait until the last 2 classes to finally start teaching the math you need to know.



I have never been a student of Terry Far Real Estate School, but I have heard good things about them. I have also seen the way their course is set up and the materials they provide along with homework and other things. I really think J.Y. Monk needs to re-examine the layout of their course with the goal of setting their students up for success; not failure.



I have to be honest, I was warned about this school before I enrolled, but due my schedule this was the only school who could accommodate it. I am sure there have been success stories with J.Y. Monk, but this review is based on my opinion and my experience with this school.
