CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! I myself have been in the customer service business for 17 years. thats why I have to write a positive review here. In today's "we have to do more with less" mentality, mediocre customer service is considered the new norm. Not here! I found the employees not only full of useful knowledge, but not pushy at all. I had an issue with my old vacuum and they got me up and running in no time at all. I will only shop here for my home needs moving forward, you should too.

This is a fine business with owners who are very nice and helpful! I had my sewing machine serviced and was quite pleased and received some machine tips which were very helpful. They have nice quality products for sale too! Also, the owners have a long arm quilting machine. The quilting and sewing is done very well by one of the owners. I highly recommend this local shop in Greenville and encourage you to try them out!
