My experience for going to Doctor Ribeiro office for years had been a good ones and he and his staff have give excellent services very caring and concern about their patients and He is a Pastor and a leader in and outside his community He a great man of God He do work in and outside of his ministry. Where there is work you will find Dr. Ribeiro there. A man who love his family and his community far and near. Dr. Ribeiro and his staff you can count on them. Any Doctor office you go in there is a waiting time. For those that don't have patience it does seen like you are waiting forever. I Rate this off of my experience and not my opinion. So if you would chose a Doctor or doctor office Greenville express would be one of those doctor office. Excellent Doctor and staff.

This "doctors office" doesn't care about their patients, all they care about is getting someone's money. Don't waste your time or your money.

Thank you for not trusting your patient to do what you would nit take 2 minutes to do... While I sit here up again tonight w a horrible toothache so bad I'm drowling can't hardly eat or sleep it gives me an ear ache I feel like a bulldozer is sitting on my gum digging in it! I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I don't thunk God or Dr. Ribero would not appreciate this disregard of human feelings when you are suppose to keep me feeling good as possible as healthy as possible! He is a preacher & well respected Doctor with a reputation to keep. I pray you never have this debilitating err emergency. This field of work doesn't get enough attention as it should. Wish I could change it. Have you ever heard a cats claws in tin? Constantly rubbing against metal together over and over... IT SUCKS!! Thanks for the antibiotics that's what's important the point is if a patient doesn't walk out feeling better relieved or healthy safe & if they don't shame on them God will take care if it! -Love in Christ Mrs. Smith

Doctors office,would appreciate doc care more personal.

I decided to come here after being referred by a friend of mine. The entire staff was very nice, I was in an immense amount of pain and I was seen very quickly. They wasted no time sending me to get more tests run.

These guys are great. Glade I found them!!

The ER missed diagnosed my daughter even though the test they ran showed the problem. Greenville Express requested records from ER and after only a few minutes the FNP was able to identify the problem and prescribe the correct medication.

I have been seeing nurse practitioner Melissa Ott there for about two years. I have always found her to be a breath of fresh air compared to other providers in the area. I have managed to improve my health immensely while following her advice, she really cares about her patients. Unfortunately, the office staff seem completely unreliable and very rude. I recently had a bronchial infection and was seen by a new PA there who did not even listen to my lungs before taking an X-ray. Needless to say he spent no more than 4 minutes with me and told me I had pneumonia and needed a steroid injection. Still he had not listened to my lungs. He never took his hand off of the doorknob long enough to examine me. I am not happy with that kind of care, especially when I saw the bill! What ever happened to good old hands on examination skills?

I have been seen by Mr. Beaman several times & have always received great care. During my last visit, I arrived in the office in extreme medical distress. I was seen immediately. Mr. Beaman took one look at me & ordered an EKG & called an ambulance to transport me to the hospital. My condition was extremely serious & I spent 5 days in the hospital. This was after I had been to the ER 2 days before & spent 1 night in the hospital, where they told me I was fine. I was NOT fine & Mr. Beaman saw that & made sure I was seen by someone who would find out what was wrong with me. I'm a retired nurse & I knew the first doctor in the ER was wrong & I needed more tests. It took Mr. Beaman who is a PA-C to see what the first doctors didn't!! Thank You, Mr. Beaman!! And thank you to the staff at Express Care!! I have recommended them to all my friedns!!!

After forgetting I needed $3.00 co-pay, I went to see Dr. Karen because I had pnuemonia. I was turned away because I didn't have $3.00 to give her. Is that little bit of money more important than a persons health? I think not. The hospital took me right in without waiting and started taking care of me. Thanks for nothing Dr. Karen.

I must say that Dr. Ribeiro was excellent while at Pitt Family in Ayden and Dr. Ribeiro's physician assistants at Greenville Express seem very knowledgeable. HOWEVER, there is very much room for improvement when it comes to returning important phone calls to patients and calling in prescriptions AS PROMISED. The in-office visit is usually good, but once you leave the office it's hard to get ANYTHING taken care of at a reasonable amount of time. Therefore, I would rate this business GOOD for in-office, but EXTREMELY POOR for returning calls. I've called 3 times in 2 days and still can't get the issue resolved because I've been told the provider is TOO BUSY and will get back with me, but hasn't...

I've been there twice in two weeks- for two different problems. I've seen Karen and Melissa. They were both wonderful !!!! Front desk was professional and person that checked me in was also. I couldn't have had a better experience. I didn't have to wait a long either time. The office was neat and very clean. I got return phone call reguarding a referral I was getting just fine. Sorry you others had issues. At Physicians East you are just a number in their huge practice- don't think you're special, they just want your money. Call there and ask for an appointment as a return patient. The first thing that they ask, "What's your birth date ? Your SS # ? then somewhere in the process they get to asking your NAME ?? Not warm and personal at all.

I went in to see Karen for hormonal migraines. She was an awesome practioner. She spent a lot of time and answered all my questions. She suggested a saliva test which I paid $150 dollars out of pocket. I have tried to call 2 times for results. I was told the results were in and she would call back. I have waited 2 weeks and still no phone call. I think it is unfortunate. I would have definitely referred patients from our office to them for after hours care.....however, follow up care is essential....therefore, I think they would be better off elsewhere. In summary, as Boiler man stated...they give great care when you are in the office, but provide no follow up care afterwards. You are only as good as your word! If you know you are not going to call a patient back...why lie and them them you will do so!!! I work in a doctor's office...I certainly hope we do not portray that kind of image to our patients. they really don't return your phone calls no matter what it is about. the nurse practitioners are nice and all but i mean, come on, call the damn patient back. you guys are NEVER busy!

I was recently seen in the office and the nurse practitioners there were top notch and really went out of their way to make sure all my issues were handled. I will definitely continue to return to this group.

I DISAGREE THEY ARE A VERY NICE GROUP TO GO AND SEE I REALLY ENJOYED THEIR WARM SMILES AND GREAT ATTITUDES YOU MUST HAVE BEEN FEELING REALLY BAD FOR YOU TO TALK ABOUT THEM LIKE THAT I LOVE THEM AND I WILL CONTINUE TO SEE THEM DOING GREAT GIRLS

they are fine if you go into the office to see them...but if you call them you will probably be shuffled off...I have called them at least 4 times for my illness that i have been dealing with for almost a month now and every time i call, they take my name and number and the nurse will call me back...I guess they haven't really lied because they never said WHEN they would call...when i complained about them not calling me back, the girl got very short with me and said "I always put a note for them to call you, not my fault if they don't!"
