I must agree with a previous review that stated the personnel at EPG treated them as though they had no time whatsoever for those seeking employment help from EPG. They are VERY VERY slow to respond to emails or phone calls, if you actually get any help when you do get a live person. The receptionist asks a history of why you are calling (when you've called and told her this before) and THEN tells you the person isn't available! I know Greenville NC and it IS NOT a huge metropolitian area that has so much business it cannot handle. Pathetic, just pathetic.
