Avila Physical Therapy for Women's Health was founded in 2008 by Allyson Daugherty, PT, CLT, CFm. The vision for the practice was to develop a warm, caring, and understanding place for people with issues that arise as a result of various men's and women's health issues including pelvic pain, incontinence, osteoporosis, cancer, lymphedema, and prenatal/postpartum care. Avila is a specialty practice that offers a comprehensive therapy program for women and men in a relaxed and private environment. Our therapists provide treatment in private rooms that focus on the personal health issues of women and men. They will spend time discussing and listening to your condition, evaluate and assess your problem, then create an effective treatment plan to help relieve your pain and help you get the most of out of life.
